CONSORT PROPERTY GROUP, 3 DECADES OF PROPERTY INVESTMENTS IN COPENHAGEN AND BERLIN

Consort is a privately owned property company, which was founded in 1992 with the purpose of buying up housing estates and real estate projects in the Copenhagen area. In the start-up years more than 100 single family houses were bought up.

In 2004 Consort sold the last part of the company’s Danish property portfolio, and from 2004 to 2009 Consort developed housing projects on an ad-hoc basis with close partners, i.e. Otto Bruuns Foundation.

In 2009 the company Consort Kbh. A/S was established with a view to buying up blocks in the Copenhagen city center. The portfolio of rental houses has later been sold out, and at present the company developes and modernizes a larger office domicile at Svanemoellen Bay in Copenhagen.

In 2014 Consort entered into partnership with Pensam Liv lnsurance Company and developed the former WHO headquarters by Svanemoellen Bay in Copenhagen. Consort has been responsible for the development of the project, from local plan to realization.

The project is finished and has been delivered to the real estate company Heimstaden as a turn-key project on February 1, 2019, where the first tenants also moved in.

With its conservative approach to the property market, the Consort Property Group has not been positioned on the markets affected by property bubbles. This, combined with a conservative financial structure and selective property selection means, that Consort is well consolidated and ready to enter into new investments.
